Ran into TB today

I work delivering Budweiser in the area around campus and I was in one of my gas stations and when I turned around and had to do a double take to make sure it was him.

He was alot more approachable than I thought and seemed to care enough about talking with a fan than saying "Yeah, Go Jackets, etc." and being on his way.

He said he wished they could have done better for us Thursday night. I told him I thought they would be just fine. The conversation was sort of hazy to me in retrospect because I was caught so off guard, but he did say Tashard would be playing, which I guess we already know (I haven't read the paper in days) and I wished him luck against Duke.

Not an informative encounter or anything for anyone but me, but I thought it was really cool to run into Taylor that way and I thought I'd share.

Made my day, anyway.
 
I didn't know where the story was going - delivering the beer and running into Taylor:)

I am embarrased to think someone who calls themselves a student, alumni, or even a fan would say such a thing.

I actually wish it was you who ran into TB so I could read the AJC story about how some idiot tried to sucker punch our starting quarterback and how it took an EMT team 2 hours to remove his swollen head from a slurpee machine. I would have enjoyed reading about that. He's not that hard to find, you know. If you decide that's what you need to do.

taylor is a joke, he wears tellatubby customes and plays counter strike an hour before the game starts in his pads instead of focusing on football..maybe he is wondering why he is playing so bad.
 
Did you also happen to run into his passing game when you were out making deliveries? He seems to be missing that...

What exactly do you think an athlete should be doing an hour before the game starts?

What exactly do you think other athletes do an hour before their competitions begin as well?

Why do you monkeys constantly make me question whether I actually went to a good school?
 
I never played football, but used to play varsity soccer in HS. An hour before soccer games, I was warming up to play.

I seriously doubt he plays Counterstrike in the locker room. I demand some sort of proof or reference before I'll believe that. (maybe he plays it on the tv screen in his tinky winky outfit's stomach?)
 
I say that TB should have to wear the Tinky Winky costume around campus until he throws another TD pass. I think that this would create the proper motivation.

But would that motivate him to throw a TD pass or not? It's not like he was forced to wear that costume...
