Rashad Reid is the best true Frosh. so far

to play this year in my book. I know Cooper Taylor is doing well too and has gotten a lot of good pub, but Reid has been good and had his best game today.
 
....and many on this board were not thrilled about his commitment since he did not have lots of offers...none from the big three in Florida.

However, our coaching staff at the time loved what they saw at our football camp.
 
Reid is good. But say again, what Jaybo? I just don't get the non-love for this kid.

No one is not giving Jaybo love...nor would anyone say he has not done well.
I still believe he makes the reads and gets to the edge faster on the option than any of our QB's.

Reid has just been incredibly impressive in that he plays like he is a redshirt junior....he looks like he belongs out there much like Morgan Burnett as a freshman. Reid could end up being the best CB we have ever had at GT if he continues to improve from this point.

He level of intensity, confidence, smarts, and physical plsy (particularly the physical play) is just astounding.

Rashaad Reid is a football player.
 
watching the game again right now from tape. Reid is good- shutting down that corner and flying to the ball making solid takles.
 
Reid has really improved thusfar, and he's my freshman of the year. Keep it up Rashad!
 
For me it's a tie between Reid and Coop. Both are studs who will be unbelievable before its all over.
