Rumor has it his ankle is actually fractured and he is out until a bowl game.

No Choice or Grant for Virginia Tech it appears.

Ok, I was wrong about the high ankle sprain but I knew something was up.

Its true. Grant won't be playing.

But don't worry. Evans and Dwyer are more than capable and I personally REALLY like the way evans plays...
 
Poor guy, he must be cursed...he finally gets his chance and he gets hurt AGAIN! Got to feel for the guy.

Who starts and/or who gets most of the carries?

How long can it possibly take for Dwyer to learn how to follow his blockers inside?

Losing Grant sucks but I think Evans style may work better against a defense like VT. Grant is a nice change-up back and is good for catching balls out of the backfield and moving around but I think we need someone with more toughness and can break tackles and run it up in the middle. I think Evans fits that mold better than Grant.

Don't worry... isn't Dwyer criticized for trying to take everything outside and doesn't VT have one of the fastest defenses around? Don't worry...

Enough already. Gailey's never made any excuses - there are fans who have made excuses for him (including me and I will continue to defend him for the circumstances around flunkgate - but that's all).

And there are no excuses here - there's a reason you want (and need) quality depth across your team. And we certainly have it at the RB position.

Grant has an ankle injury and he probably won't play. I won't say its definite he won't play only b/c I have not heard 100% confirmation its a fracture...but everything I have heard says it is.

Oh and why would dem save us now when 95% of you didn't defend him when he was getting attacked yesterday?

I am glad he isn't reporting. People need to get off their soap box and learn how to behave.

I don't remember anyone attacking him for legitimate information. Infact I don't remember him being attack at all. I do remember him being challenged for things he stated as a so called insider referring to the possibility of the fireing of our coach which I still believe were inappropiate for anyone in his claimed position.
