"Rebuilding" the offense

If Collins can't put together a game-winning offense with the players we have, he's not a good coach. Discuss.
 
I think a good pass game might take a little while, but if we are talking 3 years that is too long. He talked a big game about adjusting to the talent he has so we will see if he takes a step back.

If CPJ can't put together a game-winning offense with the players we have, he's not a good coach...? And he didn't, five times this year. But I think he's a good coach.

Let's examine individual games and circumstances before leaping to conclusions.

The previous coach didn’t 5 times this year, 6 times last year, and 9 times in 2015.
