if they are not qualified by now I would say there is a better than 50% chance they aint gonna make it

The fact is that students that can make usually have "stuff" together by signing day.

I would like to see some numbers on what % of students get qualified post signing day.

Unless there is some EXTRAORIDINARY reason most would have already had NUMEROUS shots at qualifying.

I am starting to think this is some DIRTY secret that noone wants to talk about. They keep judging schools on grad rates they also should judge schools on commitment attrition rate.

I see LSU and Texas with 30+ signed and I think each one of those schools must be planning on losing 6+.

Why not prevent a kid from signing until he becomes qualified?

what would be the harm to put academics first?

Good point lawbee, if the presidents want to clean up college athletics that would be a big start.

Makes sense to me law-bee.

I think NC State has about 12 that are not currently qualified, although certainly some will qualify before the end of the year.

It looks like every Insiders board has that same awful format that the Hive's got now.

Long live StingTalk! Easier on the eyes.
