Reducing Ticket Requests, anyone know the deal?

One of the couples in my group has had something come up and can't make it to the bowl game (not because of the loss, they weren't going to be able to make it to any regardless and told me this weekend before the game), but I've already requested the tickets on my account. Before I call the AA, cause Im sure they've gotten a ton of calls today, does anyone know the deal with reducing an order, etc?

Can't do it...recommend they give the tickets to a youth organization in Jacksonville.
