How much does Reggie play the next two weeks?

Would you let him sit to get well? Would you start him, let him get a couple series and then sit him? Do you let him go out and bang around like he always does?

Well, all I will say is if UNC and Duke don't get a healthy dose of Tashard Choice, then something is wrong.

He should start both games. Hopefully we will have the luxury of starting TB in the second half of UNC, and maybe have TB play 3 quarters against Dook. We can't take any chances against UNC, and RB needs some snaps against dook. Even though he needs all the rest he can get, I don't want to see him take 2 weeks off before the puppies.

Reggie indeed should start both games, if we don't take UNC and Duke seriously they can certainly beat us. If we are ahead considerably at halftime in both games we should pull Reggie and put TB in. There is absolutely no reason to not take these games seriously and bench Reggie.

UNC should be taken seriously, but Reggie should definitely be able to sit by the second half.

We can slack off considerably and still crush Duke. Let Reggie start. Maybe even play him a full half to keep him "oiled." Remember, in 2003, Duke finished at 2-6 in the ACC and 4-8 overall. This year they have not won a single game - including the goose-egg against a Div 1aa school. Don't even point to the Duke/Miami game as any indicator of Duke's strength. That game is a gimme!!!

Duke game will be the final home game of Reggie's collegiate career...let him play as much as he wants...

I don't think we let Reggie play as much as he wants, because he never wants to come out. But I would say that we play him until we're comfortable that the game is out of reach. I'd like to see him get a chance for a standing O, like in basketball when we take him out.

Also, remember that it IS Senior Day for the DOOK game. I think they are going to have to pry the ball from his hands and physically restrain him for him to play less than a half.

I really really hope Reggie gets a ton of love next week at the Duke game. He deserves it.

I agree. I don't think Reggie's a great QB, but he's as tough a competitor as you will find anywhere. The past 3 years have been a trial for all of us, Reggie included. But this year I think we're using him in a way that's better suited to him and he's making the best of it. Just wish he could be healthy as I think he would be showing more of his abilities than he's been able to in the past 3 games or so.
