Remember when football was fun?

I'm new to being a GT fan compared to most of you on here, and it's wild how recently we would just casually eviscerate teams like Pitt or NC State any given Saturday. 7-5 was penciled in as the floor before the season. We had an active, multi-decade bowl streak for part of the time I was a student and I'm not even in my late 20's, for God's sake. Holy öööö. WTF is going on

Our program wasn’t a problem until you got involved. Now may be a good time for some introspection.

Hell I’m only 30. But I also looked through a history book on Tech and College football. We have the highest ceiling and lowest floor. In other words Tech football is a chasm.
 
Like this? I hope I can see those days again before my time comes. It was 38 years from 1952 to 19990 so we’re getting close. Maybe this next coach is the charm. Hope I get to see the unis too.

I respect you for sticking to it at such a young age. Most of us are decades in and Tech football is the hill we will die on. If I was in my 20s... I don't even want to think about what I might do, but root for another team might be it.

And football was just for fun
