How do I collect my prize??
Well, I suppose I could reward you by having a point:
When it occurred to me to tally it up, I expected that list to be larger than ten teams and just two OOC. Then it made me think:
Despite their obvious flaws, UGA has been pretty dominant during the stretch. Most of those years: double digit wins. They had a few lapses in there (South Carolina, Vandy, Kentucky) but they were really way up when we were way chan... I mean way down. And still we played them close for many of those games.
We're not that far away. We got better this year from last year. UGA is not as good as they were when they went on their late season asskick-fest last year.
UGA has beaten us seven years in a row and I'm not here diminishing that. But, the seven year streak does not necessarily mean that they are lightyears ahead of us. I expect this game to be close. If we are reasonably healthy on both sides of the ball, I think we'll be able to outscore them and win.
How do you think our defense (when healthy) compares to other defenses that UGA has played this year? I think we're among the top 3 they will play.
