UNC beating them 10-2 in the 2nd quarter on ESPN. Rutgers has no offense, and the defense can't stop the pass. UNC should blow Rutgers away.
 
I dunno. Rutgers seems to be getting their rhythm back.

Did anyone see that Russell commercial that just came on? It looked pretty good, and the only school logo shown was a big GT on the baseball player. Anybody else notice that?
 
I just turned it on. Anyone else see the ESPN poll about conference champions?

Basically, it was saying that if you have to choose between RU winning the BE or UNC winning the ACC, which is more likely?

RU was up 68-32 last I saw.
 
UNC looking okay. Up 17-6 at half. But yeah, Rutgers sucks!

Did not see this, but not surprising given my observations of their fan base. Anyway, what do you expect from a school whose most recent famous alum is Tony Soprano?

rutgers isn't even close to covering anybody, the safeties are just letting guys run past them. who do they think is gonna pick up those receivers behind them?
 
I hate those Yankees in Red, after the Navy game last year I hope Rutgers does not win a game again. Hell besides that they wear RED,

And at least we can understand the ACC Ref, Jack Childress.
 
The great thing about this Rutgers team, is that at least for this game, the announcers can't talk about how crappy the ACC is. :p

Did anyone else notice the stadium was at least 2/3's empty at the end of the third quarter?

Spoke too soon.
 
UNC is poised for a real break out this season. They showed some offensive power and some touch play by the defense.

They have VT on the 20th. We shall see on sat what they have to look forward to then. They are on the road for the U on the 27th. Then they have UConn, ND, UVa, BC before they play us.

After us they play Maryland, NCState and Duke.

They could easily finish 9-3 or 10-2.
 
UNC may have a breakout season; but let's keep this in perspective, Rutgers is playing horribly.
