Scholarships

I'm wondering about the 4 that were given to walk-ons somewhere around the time (before/after) our probation. I remember that Chan was trying to do a good thing but it turned out to bite us in the butt in recruiting this year, right? Will he be able to take them back and give them out next year? I guess what I'm asking is are they a year-to-year thing or once awarded can't be rescinded?
I would like us to be able to offer those scholarships to more/better recruits next year instead of handing them out to walk-ons. Not that all walk-ons are chopped liver(P.J. Daniels) but anyways...

Unless things have passed me by, there is no such thing anymore as a "Four Year Scholarship", at least technically.

However, I think those scholarships were given to guys with one year left.

All scholarships are year to year. In the case of the ones awarded to the walk - ons, I believe they will graduate this year. I know Robbie Rollins was one of them. The appeal will determine how many we can give next year.
