Scout ranks GT's recruiting class 6th

this, if the verbal commits hold up is great news. now if we can get one or two more top recruits.
 
Wow, look at the schools on that list and realize GT is right there with 'em. Awesome.
 
Some of the factories who will sign 25+ have few commits now. GT will probably drop to 10-15 after signing day if we have no defections.

Of course, it's still an awesome recruiting class. Even if we only had 2-3 stars fill out another five spots, we would definitely be top 10 or even top 5. It's too bad that we're on probation due to some desk jockeys not doing their job.
 
It means we've gotten commitments from some damn good players. I know nothing is certain until signing day, but it's a much better indicator of having a good class than if we didn't have any commitments.

I hope we can make a big, positive statement tonight!
Either way, Blacksburg will be huge. Not looking ahead, just saying.
 
Considering where Tech used to be in the recruiting rankings, to end up anywhere in the national top 20 on signing day is huge. This is one hell of an incoming class and it appears that things can only get better with the guys we have recruiting now.
 
Just ahead of UGAy, right where we should be!! Good job of recruiting, lets keep reeling them in!!
