Season ticket question

I don’t want my previous years seats and want to change locations. I can’t get a hold of my ticket rep which is probably good for me. Can I just order season ticks in a different section (and I assume forfeit the $25 discount) or will that fail? Is GT overwhelmed with season ticks that they’re going to make this difficult?

Just call the main line and they will help you out. I called around 11 this morning and was on hold 7 minutes before getting through and had new seats a few minutes later.

You still get the $25 discount even if you switch seats.
