The first half seems like so long ago, but just like the UVA game, we spotted the other team 21 points.

We outgained Maryland 484 to 343. Choice ran for 136 and Bennett was 22/34 for 309 yards, 1 TD, no INTs.

It sucks to lose like this, it really does. With those stats and the same number of turnovers, I'm still not sure how exactly we did past one holding penalty. Of course, we were lucky to beat Clemson but luck played no part in Maryland's win over us.

I'm not going to piss on this team and say we'll be lucky to beat anybody other than Army or Duke. Except for one set of downs, that second half was the best football I've seen in a long time.

We'll beat Miami next week. See you then.

I actually thought the secondary played fairly well. Yes, we gave up a lot of yards, but that Turner kid was just making the most accurate throws in the tightest creases. Besides the 78 yard bomb in the first quarter our coverage was spot on and we limited a lot of YAC. Our red zone and 3rd defense is atrocious, however, especially on 3rd and long.
