As someone that had to deal with the legal system with my business I felt from the beginning that Tech has handle this situation from the President on down in a distarous manner. I had to deal with lawyers and judges and you quickly learn that your time is not important and you are at their beckon call. I had to cancel business trips and had to block out a whole week to meet with lawyers at their beckon call for 20 minutes. It is their game and you must play by their rules.
Our President decided to go on vacation instead of testifying and delayed the hearing. To put it bluntly lawyers and judges do not like being told they are not important people on earth. Our football coach complain about losing time preparing for UConn on day we testified.
We came in the hearing as arrogant and we did not bow in front of the legal system. Guess what they showed us
