Did Nesbitt get hurt? Or with the 11 pt lead, did CPJ decide to give him some rest and give Jaybo some reps?
 
He got hurt... In the middle of a great drive too... Looks like an ankle he went to the locker room

Nesbitt hurt his ankle. He went to the locker room when he could not shift his weight running on the sidelines.

Once again we're going to have to rely on defense to win... oh and offsides now...
 
We were the better team today with our starters in, but nearly gave it away in the 4th when our back-up QB couldn't sustain a drive. Thank God for that fumble. I nearly had a heart attack when Reid didn't immediately fall on it. Go Jackets...7-2, now everyone pray that Josh can be back for the Tarholes!
 
Same here. Just trying to calm down now. I can't believe we won. Thought the hex was on. I was punching the couch and screaming when Darryl Richard was offsides.

Can't believe we finally broke the curse. GO JACKETS!!!

Amen.

Anyway, I'm not going to harshly criticize Jaybo because he was put into a tight spot (imagined what would have happened had CPJ put him in last week when we were losing). That fumble by him couldn't have been helped, he had no time to even turn around to pitch the ball.

That interception throw was a mistake though and in my mind proves that Jaybo is not the better passer and proves what CPJ has been saying all along... there is no QB controversy.

Josh, please heal up soon!
