when is the right time to change quarterbacks and offensive coordinators. (like before the whole season is or was lost).

On quality: W's matter anything else is crap. That's why MNC's have 0 or 1 loss. (unless your Colorado and you play with 5 downs). We play the game to determine who has the better team by counting the W's.

If you don't get the W's then you are not the better team and then you fall into the media crap of thinking how good one is or coulda/shoulda/woulda been if something hadn't happened.

You can't do the same thing over and over and expect different results.

What we need:

Killer mentality:
Drive the (add expletive here) score up on everyone. Hang 50 on them all, and expect to do it every week (OU under Switzer).

Give your kids the FAITH that you are going to go for it and get the tough on ground yards vs. the roll out-a-flop plays that have been getting to the top of the Nix hit parade.

Get in sombodys face, (like PATTON, fire somebody (quarterback), and get some body else to do it until he needs firing. Bottom line performance plays, idiocy and lunacy sit.

Find out what the strategy is: Establish the run in the first half so that we can fake them out by throwing incompletions, int's and sacks at them in the second half.

Gailey just needs to ask Gailey

As a fan on the outside there is no way I am playing RB in the Gator. But I am not the HC that has to consider such things as fairness to a senior, listening to his assistance coaches, his offensive coordinator, understanding what a change (or lackthereof) would do to my offense, understanding what a change (or lackthereof) would do to my defense.

Play Reggie:
*He is a senior
*He has started since he was a freshman
*He is a leader in the huddle (according to CJ)
*The offensive game plan implemented plays to Reggie's strength's (yeah, I can't believe I said that either)
*There is no confidence in playing TB.
*The defense might feel that they will need a safety and a shutout in order to win.

Don't play Reggie:
*How will the offensive unit react to having their leader benched.
*What does your OC think about this move.
*TB may be the QB of the future, put the focus on developing him over the next four weeks of practice and get him some experience.
*You have a strong running game, use it and find a couple of wrinkles to get CJ the ball without putting too much pressure on TB.
*The defense may have signs of hope.

There's a lot to consider obviously from a HC's perspective, but as a fan I want to see what TB can do when he is given the full four weeks of preparation. I want the ACCCG to be the last time I have to endure RB at QB.

Too bad we didn't call any of these plays after the first drive on Saturday. And really, they weren't so much to take advantage of his strengths but to avoid his weaknesses.
