What's your take on your LFO HS football team?

I went Friday night and watched them play Coosa and was shocked that Coosa could beat them. LFO has some good sized lineman up front, but they didn't seem to me to have much enthusiasm or intensity.

I'm also wondering if anyone here went up to see Calhoun and Dalton. That should have been the game to see at this end of the state.

Lakeview is once again a terrible program now that Coach John Allen has left. They went from 11-1 and region 7AAAA champs under him in '04 to 1-10 in '05 under his former defensive coordinator.....Mark Davis. They look no better this year.

I went to the Dalton-Calhoun game. Great game. Most people expected a Calhoun win but Dalton showed everyone they are a team to be reckon with this year. Catamounts won 20-16. They play Rome later in the year. It should be an awesome matchup.

Calhoun will be alright but boy do they miss Kris Durham. Dropped passes killed them in the second half.
