Then unless I'm missing something and/or the conversation I mentioned between Sarkisian and Haden actually did take place (which without a written agreement won't make a difference) I don't really see how this doesn't get thrown out immediately. USC could send in some pre-law undergrad and come out of this losing nothing more than the pizza they gave the kid as a retainer.
How long until we hear from the ACLU?
