How about one thread on something besides how terrible the game was? (It was terrible.)

The new Stinger Seats seem like an upgrade. I don’t buy them, but I sat in an empty one near me, and it was pretty comfortable, and won’t get waterlogged.

However, did it strike anybody else as strange that they are literally screwed into the bleachers? Like, they drilled four holes in the bleacher (two on the front edge and two toward the back of the seating surface) and used sheet metal screws to attach the seat to the bleacher.

Hopefully they deburred the holes well, or it’s really going to suck in the future if you get a seat where the Stinger Seat has been removed. Doesn’t seem like a good long-term plan.

As evidenced by the contract we gave Geoffrey, good long term plans are not our thing.

I was thinking the same thing. Those hole will snag some clothing or skin in future seasons.

Doesn’t matter. Going to stadium seats. Bleachers will go away

Hated mine and calling my rep to take them out.
They are a better seat than before, but are set way too far forward, giving zero leg room (vs an open bench seat where I can scoot to the back).

If the person in front of you also has one, then it would be ok, but in my case, they don't and it was very awkward.
For that reason alone, the mesh comfort is not worth $60.
