"2 georgia tech players paid $10,000 each for exclusive interviews with their moms by sting talk"

something like that?
Something along those lines….the possibilities are endless

We should do a stingtalk go fund me of the month where we try to get a player a 1000 bucks or something.

We can just hand recruits money right? It’s legal?
No, I believe it has to be "fair market value". Obviously there's a lot of wiggle room there, and people will figure it out, but you can't just hand them money.

Op's link even refers to that by talking about how much work it was to make sure it complied with the NIL rules.

Market value doesn’t have anything to do with it. I’m pretty sure we can just ask for an autograph.

This is still going to end with us being penalized for $300 in clothes and an aquarium trip, isn't it?

It's written into most of the rules that it has to be fair market value. Here is the relevant section from the Georgia law (emphasis mine):

(a) A student athlete at a postsecondary educational institution may earn compensation for the use of his or her name, image, or likeness. Such compensation must be commensurate with the market value of the authorized use of the student athlete's name, image, or likeness. Such compensation may not be provided in exchange, in whole or in part, for a current or prospective student athlete to attend, participate, or perform at a particular postsecondary educational institution.

Like I said, there's a lot of wiggle room there -- there's no single "fair market value" for an autograph, for example. But Phil Knight can't just tell a 'croot that he's willing to pay $1 million for the autographs of star Oregon players. He'll have to figure out something at least a little more clever.
