summer practice

I assume you mean what the coaches call fall practice, which starts 3 weeks prior to first kickoff I believe.
 
Most of the players go to summer school and have a summer workout program on campus. This program though is unsupervised.
 
i could have swore that there was one that went about mid july and ended about mid august with a fan fare day, with the players and cheerleaders on site for pictures with the fans.

I too would like to know when the summer/fall practice starts AND do they even HAVE a date yet for Fan Photo Day??

I want to take my 5 year old!

Practice will most likely start in the early part of August. right before registration for the fall semester starts.

and usually the fan photo day is exactly 1 weeks before the opener on a Sat. or Sun.
