and that's just from me listening on the radio! (Sighs deeply and wonders when we will cover kicks)

this piss poor kick coverage has gotta stop, it's going to cost us one sooner or later

Already could have cost us twice this season (Maryland, N.C. State). Somehow, we keep finding ways to win one. And why haven't we returned one of those for a TD in this century?

I know Johnathan Smith returend a couple punts for TD's in 2003, but thats it. No kickoffs at all. Closest I remember is Kenny Scott taking one back to the 9 against the Wolfpack in 2003.

Granted we took a conference game from "them" in their yard but we were within reach of losing this one down to the last couple of minutes and NCST is at least 3 TDs from the BCS.

Just enough not to lose. How does one coach that?

What would Spurrier say?

Wes said the last time that we returned a KO for TD was 8 years ago.

I assume he meant during a game. I'll bet it happens a lot in practice. :p

Within reach of losing this one... wow, that's a new one. We had the loss within our grasp but we let it slip through our fingers. We thought we had the players unprepared but we were mistaken, I guess we'll have to go back to the drawing board to see what we did wrong to get them ready to play.

Oh, and if I've misunderstood your post then I apologize in advance.
