I emailed asking if I could exchange the season ticket T-shirt size:

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear the shirt is too big. Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. Getting the shirts out has been a big undertaking and adding the challenge of swapping out sizes is not something we are able to accommodate. I do hope you understand.

The large T-shirts were ridiculous. Fortunately I fit in both the size small and medium which are almost identical in fit. Think I'll being my large to the Clemson game and give it away.

No, I emailed the person who sent me a “personal email” about GT being out of medium and large sizes when the promo rolled out. I don’t care enough to chase this since I would rarely ever wear a “gold” shirt anyways but if the process were easy I’d take the right size.

got one. still awaiting the 2nd. voiced concerns that there were no sizes larger than xxl & some one from gtaa set a xxxl wrong shade of gold t-shirt.
 
Got mine yesterday, sizing is ridiculous. The usual XL wearer gets the L, the XL becomes a garage towel for bicycle grease.
