T Stan going on playoff committee

I suppose they select the committee based on who has the least chance of a conflict of interest?
 
I don't think this makes a lot of difference to GT itself but it can't hurt to expand the circle of influence and find new people to pick their brains.
 
As a member of the committee, would he have any say in making adjustments? There really needs to be more transparency. They have criteria they're supposed to go by, but in practice the thing is a black box
 
There are five classifications of members: people with experience as coaches, student-athletes, administrators, journalists and sitting directors of athletics. Members of the media must be retired.
