Kentucky will score some points, but I don't think their defense will have an answer for CPJ's running game. The trend of big plays by our offense will continue.

Yellow Jackets 45
Wildcats 31

TaxSlaying patriot Yellow Jackets 38
Tax-collecting UK (Blue)coats 28

Hate to start another thread so I wont, but if the Coaches Luncheon is any indication, UK has showed up. Will be interesting to see our numbers compared to theirs

Feels like 10-1 here at the Hyatt. Realize many of them have to fly whereas more Tech folks are closer.

Well this is their once-in-a-generation bowl, right? Probably like a pilgrimage for them.

This. Shouldn't be discouraged if UK fans are even, say, 2-1 over Tech fans tomorrow. Let's not forget too - in the SEC, "it just means more" :rotfl:

Don't know what to make of Kentucky even after watching several games on you tube. They run the ball a lot and have two running backs with over 1,000 yards. They are a spread option team but the quarterback is much more apt to keep it than most teams of that sort. He is fast but is easily tackled. Sometimes erratic as a passer but dangerous on the move. Line is big and physical which concerns me as we often struggle with power running teams. They have a freshman who is similar to Mills. They like to run "wildcat" an awful lot with a zone read type play. Their defense is big up front but lack speed. They are not near as good on defense as say Virginia Tech or Miami. They will be ready to play but I think we should win. Both of these teams run the ball which may limit possessions and keep the score down a little. We probably need to score at least 28 to win. A couple of turnovers and a three and out or two would make life a lot easier.
