Taylor vs Nesbitt

Did she graduate from VT? I really really really hope the Jackets win for a multitude of reasons, and one of them is definitely to see the article afterwards.

"Hokies lose heartbreaker, Taylor vows to rebound"

Then talk about how they lost and how their dreams are shattered.

A hokie win will result in "Tyrod's Hokies: The ACC Juggernaut, B***!"

There was a comment saying that Tyrod would have as many rushing yards as Nesbitt (which wasn't even displayed on the article) if he had as many attempts. I laughed.

She looked at third down with 7+ yards to go efficiency and it makes Taylor look better. With such a specific condition I doubt there is enough data to make an accurate conclusion, I'd like to see the error bars on those numbers.

And of course she failed to mention than Nesbitt's overall passing efficiency was better than Taylor's.

Nesbitt > Taylor

A Georgia Tech win wouldn't mean we're good; it means that VPI played badly that night.

Did you know that Virginia Tech has slaughtered each team it's played that is from any state that borders the Atlantic Ocean and is farther south than North Carolina by more than 20 points?

now THAT's a true statistic...

Heather Dimwit is a putz. Why do you guys insist on bringing her half-witted junk to this board?

Because they all secretly love her. They confessed to me so in the chat room last week.

This was from preseason '08. I haven't taken anything that she writes seriously since this article. I'm not a fan of all the sexual jokes about her or "fivehead" jokes - I just think she's a moron and a bad writer.

* There will be a better turnout for the ACC championship in Tampa than there was in Jacksonville because it's a smaller stadium with a broader alumni base.

* Nine ACC teams won't be bowl eligible, which means the Congressional Bowl reps will have to settle for Navy (if the Midshipmen even qualify) and a MAC team.

* Duke doesn't win more than three games. Hey, that's still triple last year's win total. Let's not push it.

I see what you mean Mr Jacket.

I don't understand why the ACC championship isn't always in Charlotte. It just makes sense.
