According to Comcast cable here in SW FL, they'll be showing the Tech / BC game as the noon feature this Saturday.

Wow... I'm impressed and quite pleased. (Note to self: :fingersx:move tee time up to 7:00 Saturday morning)

Raycom shows on Fox in Savannah - so it may be according to local stations.

Raycom is showing the game in HD in ATL on WUPA!!

HELL YES.

Too bad Tech doesn't get Raycom HD. They don't even give us NBC HD, though they claim to.

Back in my day, we didn't get any HD channels and that was the way we liked it.

Honestly though, there's not some great big get together for the game?

Like a Tech sponsored thing where a bunch of students come watch? Don't overestimate student interest in football...

I'll probably just get together with some friends to watch it, assuming I roll out of bed soon enough to get there without missing the early kickoff :).

Seriously? It was only a few years ago when President Clough opened up Bobby Dodd for our first away game, gave out hot dogs and showed it up on the jumbotron. And we used to have the Tech Nights, or whatever they were called before some of the games. If those things went away, then there's seriously something wrong on campus. Those were a ton of fun.

If they are still going on, they need to do a better job of promoting them. That does sound fun. I haven't gotten any e-mails or seen any flyers around campus though.

If they aren't going on--that is on your student leaders. Student leaders started that stuff (several dozen of them) in many different orgs. Everyone worked together and credit didn't belong to any single person. Of course, student affairs was willing to get out of our way and let us plan stuff. Don't know if that is still the case.

Even here in the backwoods of Chiefland, Florida I will be watching the YELLOW JACKETS on ABC tv at noon!!!!

Looks like Tech still has at least one of the Ramblin Nights, which is what they were called. But it's only one, and it's before the damn But even more then that, the East campus quads should have the game showing in the activity rooms. I remember ECHO was dying to hand out money for stuff like that. Get some guys together, get some food, con some ladies from Hopkins, and charge Housing. It's your money.

I am trying to organize flag football at 10am and then watch and get drunk at noon. Feel free to join.

Cant make it to Bradleys but for clarification if I have Comcast, will I be able to watch the game? PPV or otherwise?
