What really ticks me off are some of the comments. I stopped reading when I read this:

VERY SIMPLE … Paul Johnson’s “gimmick” old-fashion, outdated offensive is a JOKE against smart, athletic teams .. (not smart and disciplined) ..hence why we win against div 2 teams and FSU/Mississippi ST .. and get BLASTED by all the teams “like us” ..
This offensive experiment HAS to end .. DRAD step in .. he needs to go more spread than only triple O or we are DONE
Call for DRAD to step in!!!!!!!

Really? It's his first year. It's a lot of our team's first year. We don't have a single CPJ recruiting class at Tech yet, let alone playing / starting / experienced. Ugh, people like this piss me off.

Why get pissed off at someone who is obviously clueless? I dunno, maybe it's just me but whenever I read stuff like that, it makes me chuckle. :laugher:

I didn't realize FSU and MSU were comparable to "div 2" teams. I guess we have four "div 2" teams and three "div 1" teams in the ACC, looking at our 4-3 conference record?

I'm guessing the kid is only 12 years old according to his posting name.

Wow, those comments are painful to read. I really hope those are UGAg fans and not clueless GT fans.

Most of the AJC blog comments are from adolescent UGA fans pretending to be Tech fans. That one is probably from Richt.

Garner Webb was clearly Tech's worst effort under CPJ.

I think this is a knee jerk reaction, similar to the UVA loss on homecoming. The only difference being that we kept that game close before shooting ourselves in the foot. We got beat yesterday, so the typical pessimist Tech fans will crawl out from under their scratchy wool blankets and spread doom and gloom.

I love Tech, but the Hill needs to look into pumping valium into the water supply.

Our OL was decimated. Being that we are in a transition year with a new Coach, new coordinators, a new offensive scheme, a new defensive scheme and we are playing with players recruited by a different Coach that were to going to be coached by old coordinators running a different offensive scheme and defensive scheme, we are doing well.

Keep things in perspective and find the positives that are taking place during this transition.
