Tedford?

What do you guys think of Jeff Tedford? He was a hot coach a couple years ago, but they've kind of plateaued at Cal. He's become fairly Chanesque, it seems. Had some great athletes but no great teams. Maybe he's done all you can do at Cal these days though, and would have more success in a better situation.
