Tevin graduated with his MBA from Tech. Great to see this gentleman continue to cash in on his 40 year decision. Excelled on and off the field, mom and dad must be very proud.

CSB: When I was an undergrad, I was given the job of covering the basketball team (early 1980s). So I drop by Bobby Cremin's office to introduce myself (and I'm quakin in my boots - Perry Clark is also there) and Bobby asks all the polite questions -- where are you from, etc.

So two years later, I actually get around to graduating, the ceremony was at the TiT - my parents were there as was the Ramblin Reck so I'm posing in front of the Reck and guess who comes up and knows my name and other details in front of my parents who never attended anything - Bobby freaking Cremins. He remembered my name, where I was from and other stuff that I don't even remember telling him.

I don't need to spell out what kind of impression this made on my parents (Mom was from Scranton, PA and Dad was a mutt from Eastern Europe).

I bring this up now to emphasize how important it is not only to graduate but to feel like you are part of the GT family.

Tevin really deserved more love than we gave him as a student athlete.

I know we all wanted game changers like Nesbitt and JT at QB, but you have to respect the hell out of Tevin who played smart and gave us 100% every week.

Tough and a hard worker. He will be very successful.

If he had ever had a half decent defense to complement him, his teams would have had much greater success and he’s be remembered even more fondly. He was a solid QB.

Thank you for that video reminder of what used to be, just a few short years ago.

So let me be the first to derail this thread and say I enjoyed running the option and think the haters are completely wrong that it couldn't work again here (or anywhere).
Can’t work again here when at least half the fan base is convinced it ruined the program even before doofus took over. It can work anywhere else but not here again.
