Thank the new jerseys

I'm pretty sure that CPJ and the team had a little to do with the win in Athens...BUT...

I am basically sure we owe 93% thanks to the new Jerseys which almost every one hated at the beginning of the year. I did. BUT...they have grown on me--i sorta actually like them now.

I hope we wear the blue ones for the bowl game...OR ELSE i have a blue jersey sitting in my closet waiting for next year

p.s.- i just posted this for the knuckleheads:biggthumpup: who hate the "fashion threads"--love you too
 
I have loved them since I first saw them and am glad they have worked out! 86 points in the last 2 games wearing all white! I think I have a new favorite color combo... white and white!
 
Just imagine what we could've done with white helmets, too.
 
If we'd a had the right color of gold, we'd have broke 50 on 'em.
 
So looking back... how many times did we actually wear the gold pants? I feel like the players must have asked that we never wear them (I know they didn't like them at Fan Day).

I still think we'd look meaner if we lost the single stripe across the chest. Just sayin...

For every home game but the Miami game. The white pants on the road is just a method of designating a home and away uniform.
 
Funny thing is that I never really warmed up to our new uniforms. I never really hated them but never really liked them. But my philosophy is simple: I don't have to wear the uniform and if the players like them that's good enough for me. I'll cheer for them the same whether I like the uniform or not.

By the way, I got the sarcasm of the original post and thought it very funny :)
 
Still hate them. I'm hoping we change them next year, but I know it won't happen.
 
the problem with being so close in partner to our Brand is that they own us...we are at their mercy with what they want to try...

i really hope that we dont become a (lesser paid) Oregon......those threads are RIDIC NASTY

im a oregon fan--but you couldnt pay me to wear those jerseys

If not oregon, who has the ugliest jersies in the ncaa?? maybe VT?? that orange is busted
 
i was a huge naysayer at the beginning of the season, but i've found one combo i really like - the all white.

i'm sure winning has a lot to do with it, but i think we look sharp on the road (and at whiteouts) in all white.

but those mustard pants... and please no mustard tops.
