...we will never, ever see the style
of offense that we had become so
accustomed to under RF!

The two best QB's that I ever saw
suit up for the White and Gold were
Shawn Jones and Joe Hamilton.

And I never thought I would live long
enough to see Shawn's records broken.

I know Gailey's style is conservative,
but what I saw last night is absurd.

I think GT has a great talent in Reggie
Ball, but I am convinced that he will
never get to the level of Shawn Jones
or Joe Hamilton under the present coaching
regime.

I have said before that I can take a loss
as good as anyone, but to lose to a very,
mediocre team is what is so damn galling.

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">Perhaps you missed what Ralph's team [didn't] do last night.

Last time I checked, a coach has never caused his player to fumble...

Actually this looked almost exactly like JoeHam's first game to me except that we had CJ Williams running the ball against a pretty mediocre NCState team. Joe pretty much threw short outs all day and tried to stay out of trouble.

Nope a coach doesn't cause a
player to fumble, but a coach
can instill fundamentals like
tackling and holding on to the
ball.

Do you think this team is
fundamentally sound?

A team that is fundamentally
sound can overcome lack of
talent and/or depth.

oldgoldbee: thank you for your sense of reality in what took place last night. I am not going to bash Chan as I did earlier in the day, but we need some changes and SOON.

Friedgen although above avg.HC Has NEVER beat FSU and Will Never Beat Miami and last night couldnt beat a little team up some where ranked 80 0r so..Fact is lets get another Bob Stoops or Bobby Bowden If Chan goes Lets get a HC that can beat the FSUs and Miamis of the World...

Love our team. Think we have the budding of what can be one of Tech's 5 all time quarterbacks.
I am still a fan of Chan. And I am still a Fan of "The Fridge". Both have the same record this year. One lost to a team rated way below, the other lost to a team that was favored.

I think they are both good coaches..Chan just has the deck right now stacked against him in a big way...I dont know if ANY head coach could win under our circumstances right now...

Let me ask you a hypothetical question.

If you could choose Chan or Ralph as
our Head Coach, who would you choose
and why?
