It is absolutely insulting to mankind to tie football to that tragic event. Twisted and sick. I would hope you regret typing that.

Guys, I think it probably could have went without saying, but I see where TML is coming from. He's not equating football with the tragedies of Sept 11, he said that he had similiar feelings. Likely shock/numbness/anger/powerless/fearful. Don't get to be too PC about things, of course they don't equate, or even relate to one another, but a person can feel the same emotions do to numerous causes.
