I wouldn't call anything UGA does as maintaining a lofty ranking. They are good for a top-five finish once every 5-6 years, and it's been that way for 20 years.

We used to play FSU every year when they were perennial contenders.

There will always be this team or that team that is "back". But we have to be at least a little more aggressive in scheduling to avoid atrocious home schedules like the one we have this year.
