when Gailey took over the reins and the team had internal problems before he left. I really do not see a lot of championships on Gailey's resume. Why can't we hire a proven winner? When we hired Ross we knew we were getting an experienced winner. We knew Ross would struggle early because of the talent Curry left him but that is not the case today. We need somebody who will light a fire under some hindends!!

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">Forget it! The powers in charge will not admit their mistakes. I just don't understand why the AA can't step in and go over Dave Braine's head to force a coaching change.

Dave Braine is the AA as far as President Clough is concerned. Clough personally recruited Braine to be the Athletic Director. Clough was Dean of the Civil Engineering School at Va Tech and knew Braine from the time he was there.
