It's funny, their script has been thrown out. They're talking about Miami and VT, I forgot those guys were still the conference.
That's usually good for a spit take, but considering Joe Tessitore was so off the charts acting like he was auditioning to be FSU's play-by-play announcer... that or Head Cheerleader.... Jesse was acceptable.I thought Jesse Palmer was excellent.
Wasn’t he though? That's usually good for a spit take, but considering Joe Tessitore was so off the charts acting like he was auditioning to be FSU's play-by-play announcer... that or Head Cheerleader.... Jesse was acceptable.
Tessitore made a GREAT call on the game winning kick. He might have leaned things FSU's way, but he is one of the very best play-by-play guys there is, and it was a pleasure to hear our game called by a true professional instead of some of the guys on the Bally "network" the last couple of years..That's usually good for a spit take, but considering Joe Tessitore was so off the charts acting like he was auditioning to be FSU's play-by-play announcer... that or Head Cheerleader.... So he went against the scripted talking head? Well played champ.WWF's Sheamus was the only one to pick us to win.
WWF's Sheamus was the only one to pick us to win.
My man, SeamusMaybe they should replay the prediction on GameDay from Sheamus, the WWE wrestler fro Ireland, who was the only one to pick GT to win.
Irish stout: How Georgia Tech dominated FSU up front and secured a program-defining win
In a game befitting their coach -- former offensive lineman Brent Key -- the Yellow Jackets used toughness at the line of scrimmage to shock Florida State.www.espn.com
Pete Thamel figured out what to talk about. Love this headline

Which guy kept calling us an upstart? I wanted to kick him in the teeth.
How about a well coached and displined team that took out a highly talented team coached by what looks to be a very solid head coach.God, the number of times I heard scrappy, feisty, chippy, etc to describe GaTech during the game was sickening.
You can call our program a lot of things but upstart is just insulting. Kennesaw St is an upstart. We have 4 (claimed) Natty's. That's top 20 all time. Our stadium has top 5 wins all time.Which guy kept calling us an upstart? I wanted to kick him in the teeth.
Lots of these guys on ESPN and sports television today just say anything. Usually the more ridiculous, the better. They don't care about being accurate or informative, they care about engagement and their programming and production and "talent" are all designed to keep you watching and talking about them, above all else. "Quality" is now a virtually meaningless term in the world of sports media. It is pretty vile. I have basically stopped watching anything which doesn't involve my team. I had to force myself to sort of watch GameDay today because usually they can't go two minutes without saying something clearly only intended to generate a reaction. You can call our program a lot of things but upstart is just insulting. Have we had a rough patch due to a clown HC? Sure. But upstart is just wrong.
