The ghost of Reggie Ball haunted us tonight

Nesbitt found a way to win. Without him we lose that game. He was making plays on the ground.

Something that everyone is taking for granted is that Nesbitt had ZERO fumbles. I recall many of us, including myself, were mainly concerned about his fumbling. Yes he had 2 picks, but still he didn't lay the ball on the turf, and that makes me feel a little better about the rest of the reason.

Does anyone else find it odd that Clemson seemed to know every time we were going to pass? They had safeties over the top on every pass play, perhaps im wrong it just seemed that way to me.

Look out beej, they're high on Nesbitt and don't realize that he's worse at passing than Ball.

Yea, every 3rd down.

Not a homer, sorry if you don't like it.

It's just not right, man. You don't call someone who was one of the most incompetent players we have ever had, especially at such an important position, and managed to lose to UGAg four times, a better passer against someone who has a very off day, manages to win, and has actually won against the mutts.

There will never be someone worse at passing than Reggie Ball. Reggie Ball was that bad with CALVIN JOHNSON catching.

But Reggie's GHOST still looms over our field, and possesses our QBs, and makes them do silly things, and generally torments our school.

Reggie Ball was supernaturally bad at QBing. He tried real hard, and in trying, he cast a pallor over The Flats that has not yet been broken.

I think we should hire some voodoo priestesses or something.

Or maybe we can give our dance team skulls on sticks to shake during timeouts, to ward away the Preternatural Ghost of Reggie.

beej67,
didn't come up with that one, that was SWMBO who's rubbernecking Stingtalk tonight

No, I knew almost every play we were going to pass too. Wasn't especially hard to predict.

Please prove him wrong. What has Josh shown us with his arm?

Look up Reggie's stat line for the 2006 game vs UGA. Also pay attention to the sack yardage, and take a look at the net, and the number of points he gave UGA on turnovers.

Apparently memories are short.

Nesbit /= Reggie. But Reggie's ghost still haunts us.
