Coach can call a good play and QB can make a good read, but you have to BLOCK.
For the few who don't understand that blocking is essential for success.

Notice #18 A. Allen lay a block on the perimeter. :wow:

Why we run the B back dive - watch the defenders come inside. QB makes great read.

Dwyer "gets good blocks" listen to the announcer. Look the slot WR points out his BLOCK. Even half decent blocks and Dwyer's talents can make the most of it.

Notice the O-Line push?

Oh no the announcers figured out the TO...Notice Bebe put his block on his ass.
Blocking Gone Wrong - or lack thereof

There are plenty more just check out videos off the LSU game. Honestly I didn't feel like posting those.
I know most people understand this, but I seen a few post where people are down on the TO and think that blocking isn't that important and that JD and co. can do it on their own.
Paul Johnson's record is 118–44*. Figure that.
*According to Wikipedia, which I probably shouldn't cite...
