arguably this is WORSE than Houston...
based on the ARTICLE the evidence in Koon/Hester is more INCULPATING than RH's case...

A search of the vehicle found 4.5 pounds of marijuana in a black duffel bag, which had embroidered on it “Georgia Tech 28 Clinkscale” and “The inaugural 2001 Seattle Bowl.” Also in the bag were a scale and a box of clear zip lock bags. During the course of the traffic stop two weapons were also discovered, concealed under each of the front seats where Hester, 25, and Koon, 23, were sitting. Found were a 9 mm and a Smith and Wesson .40, both loaded.
The two also had $2,326 between them.

Even though Houston had MUCH MORE dope it appears Houston's involvement was to make an "introduction." I don't know what compensation (if any) Houston was going to receive for that introduction. I imagine that would be on the UNRELEASED audio tapes. But regardless this is just a "do you know of someone" situation. Most everyone who had gone to high school and/or college does knows of "someone" who PROBABLY sells dope.
the Hester/Koon situation looks MUCH MORE like they are in the "business" of dealing dope. The quantity, scales, and GT bag seems to indicate a STRONG case against those two.
Did Hester graduate? I know Koon did not. Houston DID graduate.
Whatever poor judgment Houston may have used he AT LEAST put himself in a position to graduate from one of the best schools in the country.
