Was there any mistake that Reggie Ball could have made that he may have possibly overlooked?

If so, what could it have been?

His first mistake today was getting out of bed, second was thinking.

He could have quick kicked on 3rd down

and had it blocked.

He didn't have a safety.

He didn't thrown an INT for a TD.

He didn't get a 15yd personal foul.

He didn't waste a time out.

He didn't miss an extra point (1 point type).

I'm sure there's a couple others.
