Would have to figure all or most of the assistants are pretty happy. The prospects of any of them retaining their jobs if Collins coached out the year were pretty slim. Key getting a trial run at least gives them a fighting chance of sticking around, and if not, they at least can better showcase their abilities for vacancies elsewhere.
