Particularly for basketball, it is my understanding that College professors make a lot of sacrifices/concessions to help athletes in terms of test scheduling and such. I don’t think this league will get the same help. Seems like if you want the college requirement this should be a summer league.

The kids too stupid to go to real college can play for the Athens affiliate.

No university curriculum "help", no free tutors, no free food, housing, books, tuition, transportation, no practice, game, medical facilities all in the same place. Sounds like they're gonna take an 18 yr old and expect them to adult right away....I like it but it won't last long unless the league can match what the schools are doing.

And that's just the problem, these kids don't realize what they're getting in return for enrolling, even if somebody else is making money off their likeness. I see xfl part tres.
