that we mose another wideout. A very good one. But i cant get anybody to verify this. Anyone else hearing the same?

there's a short list of WRs that would be considered a "very good one."

It would have to be either BeBe or Earls if I had to guess.

Also, I hope the rumor is false.

could greg smith still be considered wide out since he hasn't been getting too much pt at a back

Greg's been injured. He loves being an A-back.

If it's true, I would guess Bebe. Don't have any confirmation, just guesses.

we talked about it on the show last night and no one has made any decisions yet.

Glad to hear its just a rumor right now. And john hes talking about meetthemachine.com

I think some of these players who have decided to leave the team are going to look back in a few years and realize in hindsight that leaving was one of the bonehead decisions of their life. Unfortunately we all make bonehead decisions from time to time.

Eh, I wouldn't say it was "talked" about, but the fact that someone else has heard it probably solidifies that there is some truth to it.

If it's true, I hope it encourages CJ that much more about transferring back! :fingersx:

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have Chris Jackson here. But I'd much rather the rumor not be true. Jackson transferring in would be icing on the cake/painkiller.

I hadn't heard any rumors, but you could look at one particular WR's body language and almost wonder if he was going to stick around.

I thought he, BeBe, was one of the "wait and see" players right after the hire?

I don't care who you are, if your not on board, get the hell out. There's no "I" in team.

Maybe Georgia State needs a wideout?:laugher:

His "body language" was probably due to a pulled hamstring.

Dang, we jump to conclusions to darn much. Like a bunch of women. It's like we just can't even help it.

Ah, don't get me wrong, I'd rather the rumor be false as well, my response was more of a "well, if it's already true, then hopefully it will offset by..."

I hope this doesn't happen. We're down to 3 scholarship WRs right now, so if we lose anyone else we're gonna have to resort to playing walk-ons and true freshmen.

Anybody who thinks that Earles is a "very good wide receiver" has VERY low standards.

Furthermore, Thomas didn't qualify last year either.

Dropped passes were SOP with those guys as well as others.
