I disagree. Tatertot is a winner. He would win here NEXT year. He knows how to recruit in the south. He is a dynamic speaker who would win over the naysayers quickly. Now the real issue is can he keep his tot in his pants?

I think O'Leary is a great coach. I wouldn't mind if he came back, but I don't think that it will ever happen.

I was mainly addressing your obsession with the Tater. There is no way in hell that he will ever be our HC. I have as good a chance at being our HC as Tater.

The wretched GT defense of 1999 and 2000 must be blamed on SOMEONE. If Refrigeratormover is correct, then it's O'Leary's fault for meddling with the defense, not Roof's fault for sucking in-general.

I don't want O'Leary here on the chance that those wretched defenses were remotely his fault.
 
I heard this on 790 today --and have no idea if the info is valid-- but the discussion was the $4 million now owed to Gailey and that there'd be a $5 million buyout to get O'Leary out of his contract. If GO'L's contract is auto-rolled each year then that figure may be accurate.

GT's not going to pay up $9 mil in coaching buyouts.
