The sounds of Fall...

... the first NFL pre-season games, the freshman experience on campus with plenty of bright, new faces, the begin of football practice ... and now, the GT Band drumline is practicing on the CRC (formerly SAC) field. I've been listening to them for about 30 mintues (office located near CRC) and I'm actually starting to get excited.

The next thing you know, the leafs will start changing. Starting with the sour woods and dog woods. Then the Bradford pear trees. Then, you will wake up one morning with a certain crispness in the air as the over night lows creep into the 50's. Ah, the changing of the seasons. I love fall, but I get tired of winter with its short cold days and long colder nights. But everything has it's purpose. It's getting closer to football season folks!
