Dawgs looked formidable under Crean with a close loss this weekend to a ranked Arizona State team.
Saturday's game is important on many levels for both teams but I think more so for Tech. Hoping for a good crowd but definitely not expecting a beautiful offensive game by either team.

Who is in better shape looking into the next 5 years? I dont think I can take a sleeping giant waking up in Athens on the hard court along with the gridiron.

Formidable? Are we talking about the same team that recently lost to Ga State by 24?

UGA fans in general don't seem to care much about basketball. I don't see Tom Crean changing that, unless he can find a way to get Dwayne Wade to suit up.

If uga basketball cheats like I believe uga football cheats, you never know. But I believe we are going to take care of business against them. Our guys are ticked off with themselves about tonight’s game. You could see it on their faces. They come out on fire vs uga.

Hopefully we don't lose to Arkansas before then.

We just need a little distance from real Finals and we will play better. I will be there!

I'm not worried about Crean. He couldn't accomplish anything noteworthy at IU, the most supportive basketball school in the country. So, I don't see how he can do more at UGAg with less money, weaker facilities, and less support from the fans and school.

Only major difference being there is a lot less pressure to win at UGA than there was at IU.

I like Tech's chances. Gardner Webb beat some team (Division 3) by 77 points yesterday. Maybe Tech isn't so bad after all...

As expected this game did its part to set basketball back in the state. Glad we had recruits there to watch. I’m sure they were super excited to see what could be.

Can someone cut off the baseline just once?
And some quick inside out would be nice every now and then guys.

Bad Georgia team made us look even worse.

    Mark Price cries.

This so much. They killed is on the baseline all day and the clogged toilet offense of Hewitt lure is back. All 4 off the ball players standing around watching.

I was there, Alvarado shot 15% on 20 shots and UGA was clearly a tough matchup for us.

We got tons of good looks at the basket on penetration and their best player was on the bench for 10 mins in the first half. Our wounds were self inflicted in this one.
