I think we wanted to do something about it during the stadium rebuild in 2002/03, but the city of Atlanta wouldn't grant us any of the street to widen things up. Apparently, we don't grease city hall palms so that'd be a no.

This is truth. It took about 20 minutes to get out of upper east down the ramp to North Ave after the soccer game on Sunday.
