Tough loss. All the players were really upset after this one. Yeah we lost but this team is getting better, stay patient people, with so many mistakes and turnovers we should not of been in this game but we kept fighting. I feel bad for Miss State next week, these boys are not happy. JD should be ok, talked to him for a few minutes and he seems fine. Nesbitt is pretty banged up, just needs a day off thats all, the first words out of his mouth were I can't wait for next week. :D

I will post more tomorrow, not really in the mood to talk about this one right now, heading back to Atl in the morning. Stay pumped, we are young and hungry and just played two tough road games.

What was up with Dwyer? I was in a place where I couldn't really hear the announcers.

I figured back spasms, but wasn't sure.

I donno, JacketDan. But I was glad to see him get a rest. Not only did Cox play really well but JD was getting pounded hard on nearly every play whether he had the ball or not.

We better be ready next week... watching MSU now. They aren't that good but if we put the ball on the ground like we have... it IS going to take something big for us to win. CPJ has turned this team into exactly what I hoped he would. I just didnt think he could do it this fast. Also, we are not near as good as we are going to be. I know everybody has said we are going to fumble often in our 1st year... if we can just improve on that we can be a one loss team heading into OUR BCS game.

Announcers said bruised hip.

We'll be in serious trouble if we lose Nesbitt or Dwyer this season.

He tweaked his ankle in the game but the injury later that sent him out was a lower back bruise, although it could have injured his hip as well. Not sure where the hip thing is coming from.

But yes, he should be fine.

Did you notice how hard Nesbitt took the loss?
I am real confident that this young man is a great competetor and good things are in our future.

miss state will be just as tough, if not tougher, physically than this game.

Let us move on, and let us get ready.

It is our time to deal a little pain.

thanks dem.

All i can think about is how bright our future is!!!

Yep, kind of like BC on the DLine I think with a couple of 300 pounders. Inside running is gonna be tough again.

Discretion is the better part of valor.

I think we'll bee ready for the MSU onslaught.

The biggest thing that I liked about the game - I don't know if they showed it on TV - was when Nesbitt fumbled on the sideline and Lucas Cox recovered, Josh looked pissed. He is a competitor.

O, and that only one fumbled we had was related to the scheme.
