...of when I had an older washing machine. It worked well, but it was older, looked a little beat up, had an old school agitator and didn't hold as many clothes as the new ones out there. It still worked very well, but probably past its prime. So my wife found a shiny new silver one with higher capacity that was even equipped with wifi so it could let us know via an iphone app when it was done, close to done and every step in between in washing the clothes. Within two years, it promptly broke and quit washing clothes and cost over $200.00 to fix.

But could’ve gotten the same make and model of washer and would have known that it works great

Regardless, I’m stuck with the washer because of the money tied up in it. However, when the dryer subsequently broke , I did get a slightly used reliable-brand dryer at a discount and now the whole laundry system functions correctly so maybe there’s hope.

You can always go to the scratch and dent store to pick up a used one that still works and gets the job done at a discount. Or if you're really lucky they have the exact same matching one of the dryer that died and then you can keep a matching set at your rental property....

Tl;Dr we need to find a scratch and dent coach from Alabama haha

It reminds me that I’m watching kids play a game over which I have no influence.
